Terms & Conditions

Ordering

Orders must be paid for in its entirety prior to the order being processed.

 

Once the order is in process, no changes can be made. Additional items can be processed as a new order.

 

Orders cancelled prior to the order being picked will be subject to a 30% processing fee. Cancellations after the order has been picked are subject to a 40% restocking/processing fee.

 

In the event that an item is on backorder or is temporary out-of-stock, it will be shipped when item arrives (at no additional shipping cost to the customer).

Shipping

Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product and includes one delivery attempt.  The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and/or handling fees for delivery failure due to customer circumstances.

Orders are shipped by Express Carrier or Freight Carrier, depending on order size or delivery location.

Express Carrier Deliveries

Express Carriers will deliver the products to the door. 

Delivery personnel are not responsible for delivery into the dwelling.  It is the customers responsiblity to arrange for unloading and carrying in the products.

Please inspect your shipment for completeness and damage within 48 hours.  Any damage must be reported to Maple Creek Cabinets within 48 hours of delivery.  Maple Creek Cabinets will not accept items returned due to damage if not reported within 48 hours of delivery. 

 

Freight Carrier Deliveries

Freight Carriers deliver the products curbside on a pallet to the customers address. 

Delivery personnel are not responsible for delivery into the dwelling. It is the customers responsiblity to arrange for unloading and carrying in the products.

In the presence of the delivery driver, please inspect your shipment for completeness and damage.  Any missing or damaged items must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Maple Creek Cabinets.  Maple Creek Cabinets will not accept items returned due to damage if it is not noted on the delivery receipt. 

Exchanges

Request to exchange products will only be accepted if

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unopened and in the original packaging

All exchanges will incur a 30% restocking fee​

All shipping and related cost on exchange transactions are the customers responsibility. 

New items ordered will be considered a new order.

There are no exchanges on Assembled cabinets.

Returns

Request to return products will only be accepted if

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unopened and in the original packaging

All returns will incur a 40% restocking fee​

All shipping and related cost on return transactions are the customers responsibility.

There are no returns permitted on Assembled cabinets.
